Refund Policy
Official Tournament Refund & Cancellation Policy​

All tournament entry fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Tournament Director, Mike Smoot. Entry fees are used to secure golf course deposits, merchandise, staffing, prizes, and other operational expenses that are incurred well in advance of the tournament. As such, refunds become non-refundable once everyone is locked in on April 1st, 2026.

No refunds will be issued for, including but not limited to (after the drop dead date of April 1st, 2026):

Player cancellation, withdrawal, or no-show

Injury, illness, or personal scheduling conflicts

Travel delays or accommodations issues
-
Weather conditions or acts of nature
-
Changes to tee times, pairings, course assignments, or tournament format

Event Changes or Cancellation

In the event the tournament is delayed, shortened, modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the Tournament Director’s control—including but not limited to acts of GOD (weather, course conditions, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events)—the Tournament Director reserves the sole right to determine whether entry fees will be:

Retained in full

Partially refunded
-
Applied as a credit toward a future event
No guarantee of a refund is implied under any circumstance.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By registering for the tournament, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy. Participants further waive any claims against the Tournament Organizer, host facilities, sponsors, partners, and affiliates relating to refunds, event changes, or cancellation.
